Wanderslut as a way of perceiving/seeing/remembering. Always viewing the wilderness as an escape.

Things that look like what it looks like to have a feeling. If Wanderlust means I am in love with the places that I have yet to be, Wanderslut means I am in love with the allure of how this could be. In the forest you are far away from the accustomed order to things. In the forest you are lost. Touched and touched but fell to be this way. Just because you looked just at this very moment. You cannot tell if it’s real or if it’s your eyes. The uncanny and sublime qualities of the woods. Reality in order to be happy. We come to see the lake and its surrounding plants and animals and our eyes become Wanderslut.
